Coming back from maternity leave, I was really nervous about sending my 5-month-old to daycare, but Dee and Olivia made me feel so at ease—and our little one is so happy—that returning to work has been truly wonderful. Aside from the affection our daughter receives, my favorite thing about Koala is when I pick her up she is outside in the fresh air, enjoying Dee's backyard (weather permitting). Our 2 year old daughter has been at Koala full-time since she was 3 1/2 months old. She absolutely loves Dee and Olivia. It is so sweet to see how she just wants to hug both of them at drop off and pick up! Dee has established an environment at Koala that is respectful, nurturing, stimulating and safe. There's a great outdoor play yard for the children, and a variety of games and activities that encourage creativity and the development of new skills. I have recommended Koala to another family we're close with and I'm so pleased they have enrolled their daughter, too. I couldn't recommend Koala Day Care more highly!

"My one year old daughter absolutely loves Koala Day Care! My older two kids (now 8 and 7) went there as well for three years. We've known Dee now for over 8 years. My older kids thrived at Dee’s and now our youngest has followed in their footsteps, loving every minute! After her first day there she was blowing Dee and Olivia kisses as we were leaving! That's what every mom loves to see!! Dee is so on top of it and extremely clean and professional and she has a full time "grandmother" type helper who is absolutely wonderful and been with her for over 10 years. She never has too many kids at one time and there's a fabulous outdoor setting for the kids to play and hang out. It has definitely been a home away from home for my kids!" ...Chloe

"After getting a recommendation from a friend, our son Aidan began his daycare experience at Koala Day Care in his third month of life.  As my only child, I was quite nervous about trusting anyone with our son but our minds were eased soon after meeting Derinda and Olivia.  Both are warm hearted, easy going women who really care for the children.  The daycare itself is warm and homey which made the initial separation a lot easier to bare.  As Aidan got older he was able to enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities and rarely a day would pass when there wasn't a drawing or painting for us to hang up on the fridge!  Just last month Aidan graduated from Koala in order to start preschool.  And just llike that he spent 4 years at Koala!
